GRADCOMM TICKET SALES

These events are ones that the Graduation Committee has been planning over the course of the last year. These events are Iron Ring Stag (IRS), Gradball and the Yearbook.

Tickets will be on sale starting on Wednesday, January 20th in the Engineering Society Office (CPH 1327) from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Sales will continue every Wednesday following until we are sold out.

Tickets must be purchased with CASH or CHEQUE ONLY. Tickets will be sold on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. NO MONEY. NO TICKET. Cheques must be made payable to “Grad Comm”.

Prices

IRS: $30

Gradball: $65

Yearbook: $70 + $5 for personalzation

PACKAGE DEAL: IRS, GRADBALL AND PERSONALIZED YEARBOOK FOR $160.

IRON RING STAG

This is the party/celebration after you have received your Iron Ring. This event is by TICKET only. ONLY engineers who have been obligated and received their iron ring THE SAME DAY may attend. Traditionally, we wear black to IRS. Any coloured clothing will be removed at the door as a symbol of the transition from our colourful university life into a solemn professional life. This event is 19+ and valid ID will be required at the door.

Cost: $30

When: 9 pm – 1 am, Saturday February 6th, 2016

Where: RIM Park

Included:

  • Black Shorts for the event
  • Finger foods will be provided.
  • Shuttles will be run at regular intervals between DWE cul-de-sac and RIM Park beginning at 9pm and ending at 10:30pm. There will be return shuttles later in the night.
  • Free Coat Check.

YEARBOOKS

Your Graduating Class yearbook is about 400 full colour pages of YOU!

$70, $5 for personalization

You have the option of personalizing your yearbook. The personalization can be up to 29 characters including spaces and will be printed on the cover of the yearbook in a gold emboss.  Yearbooks can be picked up at convocation.

GRADBALL

It’s time to get fancy! This event is our big party where we all get dressed up, have a nice dinner and dance! This is a formal event.

Cost: $65 Per person

When: Saturday, March 12th 5:30 pm – 1:00 am

5:30 pm reception, 7:00PM Dinner: 10:00PM Dance

Where: St. George Banquet Hall

Included:

  • Appetizers and punch
  • 4 course meal
  • Professional Photographers on site for Individual, Couple and Group photos

You are allowed to bring ONE date for an additional $65.

When you buy your tickets, you must pick your table number. Tables CANNOT be reserved. If you wish to sit with your friends, come at the same time to buy tickets together. There are 8 seats per table.
