PRE-Iron Ring Ceremony Celebrations
It is tradition to parade around campus on the morning of Friday, February 5th (the day before we get ringed). Please be respectful of all faculty members, staff and other students.
Please arrange all meetings with professors before hand. If any faculty members ask you to move on, please politely oblige.
If there are any incidents on this day, departments will NOT FUND our Gradball. You do not want to be the person who ruined Gradball for everyone.
There will be a countdown in the CPH Foyer Friday at 11:55 AM, to count down 24 hours until IRC AND to kickoff the IRC Pubcrawl!
All ceremonies will take place on Saturday, February 6th, 2016.
12:00 pm – Computer, Electrical and Management
1:00 pm – Chemical, Nano, Systems Design
2:00 pm – Mechanical and Mechatronics
3:00 pm – Civil, Environmental, Geological and Software
There will be a pre-address in AL 116 from which you will be escorted to the Theater of the Arts for the Ritual.
If you would like to be ringed by someone you know, they must have had their ring for a minimum of 5 years and you must submit the appropriate form (Temporary Warden form attached in the email from Cathy Seitz) to Camp 15 by Friday, January 22nd, 2016.
